Religious faith has long been a point of interest for creative work, largely because it’s such an emotionally-driven subject, a part of life that’s defined by hope, love and commitment, by questions of meaning and purpose.

This month, we’re bringing you three artists seeking to understand the role of faith in the world, from its relationship with nature to the communities who are not only utterly devoted to their beliefs, but to each other.
